Operational update - RightBridge Ventures AB (publ.)(“RBV” or “the Company”) appoints Amudova AB (“Amudova”) as Certified Advisor(“CA”) as part of the Company’s roadmap for a potential listing
16.12.2021, Stockholm – RBV has appointed Amudova asCertified Advisor (”CA”).
The CA is responsible for guiding and supporting the Company in its guidelines and its regulatory process for a potential listing in the future.
The choice of AMUDOVA has been based on AMUDOVAs extensive experience regarding regulations and information provisioning in allSwedish marketplaces and practical experience of leading listed companies and, thus, being aware of the challenges involved. AMUDOVAs team has been involved in over 500 stock exchange listings.
