RightBridge Ventures and Its subsidiary 1337 esports AB partners with Adventure Box to Boost Kogama Platform Growth
Rightbridge Ventures Group AB (Publ) (“Rightbridge Ventures” or “Rightbridge”) has through its wholly owned subsidiary 1337 esports AB (“1337”) entered into a strategic partnership and consultancy agreement with Adventure Box Technology AB (“Adventure Box”), the company behind the popular social gaming platform Kogama. 1337 is appointed with the goal to accelerate Kogama's growth by structuring its media offering and creating new revenue opportunities and opportunities within the Rightbridge ecosystem. The agreement consists of a fixed fee for 1337 and a variable performance based fee.
Kogama is a unique platform that empowers users to create and share their multiplayer games and virtual worlds. With over 500,000 monthly active users and millions of games created, Kogama boasts a vibrant and engaged community. Through this partnership, Adventure box can leverage Rightbridges extensive experience in structuring sales channels and identifying market opportunities, aiming to grow Kogama’s revenues significantly.
