The annual report for 2022 is now available on the company's website.
In accordance with the Company's previous decision to refrain from further investment in Tricked esport ApS ("Tricked") published on 12.04.2023 (https://news.cision.com/se/rightbridge-ventures-group-ab/r/rightbridge-avstar-vidare-investering-i-tricked-med-beslut-om-nedlaggning,c3749938), the Company has decided to write down the book value of Tricked at 31.12.2023 in full. This has led to a discrepancy between the annual report published before the decision and the now published annual report, according to the following adjustments:

Income statement
The net result in the income statement in the annual report differs from the published year-end report. The published net result in the year-end report amounted to SEK -15,477 thousand and the confirmed result in the annual report is SEK -67,605 thousand. The difference of SEK 52,128tkr is attributable to the write-down of goodwill in Tricked esport ApS.
Balance sheet
Intangible non-current assets have decreased from SEK 69,555 thousand to SEK 33,172 thousand due to changes in Goodwill, where there was an impairment of Tricked esport ApS, as well as the determination of an increase in Goodwill items in other portfolio companies in the Group.
Equity has decreased from KSEK 115,770 to KSEK 79,388, which is attributable to the reduced net profit.
Parent company
Income statement
The result for the year for the Parent Company amounts to SEK -104,785 thousand per annual report, compared with the published year-end report – SEK 56,915 thousand. Most of the difference of SEK 47,870 thousand is attributable to the write-down in Tricked Esport Aps.
Balance sheet
Shares in Group companies have decreased from SEK 170,287 thousand to SEK 123,887 thousand, which is mainly attributable to the write-down in Tricked Esport Aps.
The parent company's equity has decreased by a corresponding amount.
